Aye Everyone!

So far I am getting a hang of this :D

How was your weekend? I spent my Saturday exploring Chinatown with one of my good friends. It was organized by 'The Smart Local Singapore' Team, we covered the Chinatown Complex, Ann Siang Hill, Sri Mariamman Hindu Temple and Thian Hock Keng Hokkien Temple. There was also a Musical Box Museum which I really love. The whole trip around Chinatown to Tanjong Pagar, my friend and I got carried away by taking photos of each other, commenting on things we like and things that are silly.

If you are interested to see photos from the walk, here's the link

Besides my Saturday, I took my Sunday a little slower than usual. I wasn't planning on going to the gym, instead I was looking to be surrounded by trees in the forest. Living nearby Macritchie Reservoir, I have almost explored all the trails except one. Started my hike/jog at 2.45pm after doing some warm up skipping by the dock near the Canoe Federation Hut.

10 minutes into the hike the rain started pouring, it made the atmosphere cooler, the air fresher, the beauty of mother nature makes me feel good. Before I know it, according to my fitness tracker, I have covered 4.8km. Looking at the map , I decided to continue my way towards the Tower and back to my bicycle.

The rain was on and off, there were people entering the trails from other entrances along the way. When I was about to reach the tower, I miss a turn by accident and found myself by the road. At this point, I wasn't listening to my iPod, I was in my own world, having a conversation with myself. My brain started to evaluate things, my life, my job, my emotions, yada yada.. yaday, why this, why that, I like that, I dislike that. Had a Q&A moment with myself, sometimes this happens in the morning when I am getting ready too. Anyway, it gave me a few ideas for my blog which I will cover them in my future posts. Nearing the end of my hike, I saw this Auntie walking bare footed in the forest, which I had also heard from a friend of mine that by doing so, its good for your well being. I kept thinking about going bare footed after I saw her. Ah Crap! you know what, every year I would write a list of things, 'Highlights of the Year' and bare footed in the forest would make it in the list. So I took off my shoes for the last 2km, honestly, no regrets, it made me felt like home. Then I thought to myself, Hell No! I am not going bare foot unless there is rain, the small rocks are annoying to step on.

Good Day readers!

Yes I finally tried Low Carb Dieting for a week. I was suppose to add on the keto routine in as I am doing this. But I freaked out on the part where I have to consume quite a lot of healthy fats than usual, didn't felt too good about that. So here is a glimpse of what I have in a day, including breakfast and my lunchbox for work. Honestly it wasn't enough for me, besides my meals, I also snacked on almonds, walnuts and dried figs.

In this one week, I went for Muay Thai two times and lost 1 kg. Clearly this diet wasn't fueling me enough so I decided to not carry on. But if you are a person who wants to lose weight this is really effective. It may seem daunting just thinking about it at first, still you have to test out to make it work.

Cheers Everyone, Happy Weekend! Catch up with you guys on the next post.

Alright, let's continue flexing my writing. How is everyone doing?

I hope the links from my previous post I shared somehow opened up your world a little.

This title I wrote is something I am probably shit at, some of you out there might feel the same way too. Life and Love are two things that humans have no control of, the spirit itself travels to different places throughout their lifetime.

As a human being, I truly believe that, everyone is equal, no matter their race, religion, age, gender and hobby. Status, shouldn't even be a thing on Earth. In life, decision making is a key thing to opening up yourself to gain more knowledge about yourself, how you react to things.

Therefore, I made a few guidelines for myself: When there is an event or party invitation, always turn up.

Plan a gathering/meet up with friends more often.

Plan your week ahead with things you enjoy doing.

Not sure about something, read it up, research.

Constantly making new friends.

Up till now, I am still not sure how relationships can be explained, it happens when two person decides on it. I am old fashioned, as I always believed in one true love, loyalty and honesty when you are committed. Its tough to find a love like that. Before that, "You shall love yourself the way you want someone else to love you."
